Ilana Nissen Careers - Terms of Service

Service Provided
Ilana Nissen Careers support young adults helping them to effectively engage in the transition from education to the world of work. Using progressive career development tools combined with traditional counselling techniques we inspire greater self- awareness, informed decision making, motivation and purpose.

All fees must be paid within 7 days of the career consultation or at the time of the session. 

Confidentiality
The relationship between Ilana Nissen Careers and The Client is completely confidential. Ilana Nissen Careers recognises that the Client may disclose personal and financial information.

Ilana Nissen Careers will not at any time, share this information with a third party.

Nature of Relationship:
The Client and their legal guardians (if relevant) enters into a professional relationship with Ilana Nissen Careers with the understanding that The Client is responsible for creating his or her own decisions and results.

Ilana Nissen Careers may make suggestions and recommendations to the Client however it is ultimately the Client’s responsibility for investigating and making his or her own decisions and to determine the best course of action.

Ilana Nissen Careers agrees to provide an ethical, honest and supportive service at all times.  . 

Ilana Nissen Careers is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of psychotherapy. In the event that the Client feels the need to engage with an accredited psychologist, it is the responsibility of the Client and their legal guardians (if relevant) to seek a licensed professional.

Cancellations
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the session.
Cancellation, rescheduling or missed sessions after this time may result in a full session fee being
charged.

Ilana Nissen Careers will provide 48 hour notice for any changes to session times where possible.

Indemnification
Ilana Nissen Careers will not be responsible for any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the career coaching relationship.

Privacy
Ilana Nissen Careers is committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will not be disclosed, sold or traded to any outside parties.
